Many people have not been taught how to run and think that running is something that you pick-up naturally. Running is a skill and we can coach that skill in recreational and novice runners to help them run better, more efficiently and faster. Running is simple, but it's not easy! Through The Running School UK methodology and coaching strategies, you will get good insights on your running technique, reduce the risk of injury and improve efficiency and performance. Our Running Specialist will help you to achieve your goals, by coaching you to move better and then run better. Working in synchronisation with our Physiotherapist, they will strive for optimal results. We develop training programs for you and guide you every step of the way.


When you sign-up to The Running School in Mallorca you get a choice of packages with multiple Training Sessions. All packages begin with a Biomechanical Analysis using the Dartfish 2 dimensional motion full-body running analysis system whilst you are running on a treadmill to identify areas that can be improved within your running technique. With feedback stemming from the analysis, you can isolate problem areas and pick up small nuances. The areas of improvement will be presented in a final report.

Through the Running Analysis and Training Programs we will be able to:
